ABOUT SOURCELY

We built the thing the data tools couldn’t be.

Not another generic database. A research team that finds the right people and businesses, on purpose, around your exact brief.

Volume was never the real problem.
Judgment was.

We didn’t set out to build another lead-generation tool. We built Sourcely because the ones already out there weren’t solving the actual problem.

Databases are good at giving you volume—thousands of names, a title, an email. They’re not good at judgment. They can’t reliably tell you which results truly match a niche brief, work in a specific location, or have the exact experience your workflow depends on. That gap is where we started.

Sourcely is European-based and built on more than 10 years of experience in lead generation, data, and research projects across North America and Europe. That experience showed us both what modern tools do well and where human judgment is still essential.

When a company needed something specific—a niche skill, a hard-to-find location, or research criteria a database could not express—we did the work manually. It worked. They returned the next quarter, then the quarter after that.

That is still how we operate: a focused team, direct communication, and no platform to learn. You send a brief, we do the digging, and you receive a clean list your team can actually use.

We are not trying to out-scale the biggest data platforms. We are the research partner you call when “just pull a list” is not good enough.

Small team.
Serious research.

Clear criteria, careful human-led work, multiple relevant sources, and a deliverable designed around what your team needs to do next.

01

Human research, always

Every profile is reviewed by a person against your brief—not simply matched to a keyword.

02

Start with proof

Begin with one clearly scoped pilot. Scale only when the results have proven useful.

03

Direct communication

You speak with the people shaping the research, not a generic support queue.

CURIOUS WHAT WE’D FIND?

Give us the difficult brief.

Tell us who you need and where. We’ll recommend a practical pilot.
